Do you look forward to going to sleep? If you don’t, you’re not alone. Many people don’t. It’s a time that can be plagued with restlessness, anxiety, a ruminating mind, or frequent wake-ups. I know the feeling!

Alas, there has to be a way to get a night’s rest! And, dare I say, without the use of sleep medications.

Instead of tossing and turning or taking pills, one of the best tools needed to rest peacefully is located on your body. What it is? They’re acupuncture points and they are activated with acupressure!

I also teach you how to do acupressure, so that you can do it to yourself whenever you need it – add it to your night time routine, while lying in bed or anytime you feel restless or anxious. The acupuncture points given in the video are:

The Chinese medicine theory and physiology behind sleep, insomnia, and restlessness are profound, To put it simply, acupressure and acupuncture facilitates movement and change.
